4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, no unlawful use, no fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property rights, no reverse engineering, no scraping at scale, no probing or interference with security, and no submission of malware or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, including the software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, our liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
