We want you to be happy with Sherlock. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Email us at maximilian@trysherlock.io with your order details and we will process the refund through Stripe.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
